I was recently challenged to start up blogging again. Yikes. I realized last week that it had been literally 5 months since I had been on a computer.
That sounds more dramatic than it is. I have been online. Smartphones are a wonderful invention if you want to stay connected without the commitment. For me, using my phone is a way of being voyeuristic about my involvement. Any typing I do must be limited to what can be done easily with voice-to-text (technology that is still lacking, in my opinion), or that which I deem absolutely essential. Any type of real writing is avoided, so it also feels like I took a 5 month break from writing too.
I'm rusty.
This will probably reflect that.
